The facility page is independent from the others, but has a crucial role on food product traceability. You can create cleaning, maintenance and storage conditions checks in every day/week/month for accountability on each of them.

There are pre-made templates for each check. First of all, you need to edit these templates and make them comply with your business:

  1. Click on the down arrow next to blue “New” button at the top-right.

  2. Click on the 3 dots “…” next to any template.

  3. Click on the “Edit” button to open the template.

  4. On the template page, there are to-do lists. Edit their text, or create new ones by hitting enter. You will need very basic Notion knowledge to edit these templates.

  5. Close the template and it is ready to use now.

Now you can start a process. Click any of the 9 buttons to start a new process after making sure you set the templates properly.

  1. Click the button
  2. Follow the process walkthrough on the new page
  3. After completing, if there is a document, you can upload it
  4. Click the “Completed” checkmark
  5. Make sure the date and person properties are set properly
  6. Now you will always have a record about who is completed the particular process on the particular date
